LISA: Reflecting on the fact that we were the subject of an article in the Lawrence newspaper in our band's 2nd year of inception, it's interesting to me how we got so much attention so fast back then. Nowadays, I'm sure there are hundreds of bands in Lawrence. We appeared in the early years of the DIY rock band (at least in Kansas), and it was still something new. And we were good! :-) |
